Building Regs
Depending on the size and complexity of the extension, Building Regulation drawings may be required to be submitted to the Local Authority as well. These are more detailed drawings which outline exactly how the extension will be built with alot more technical information included. Approval for these drawings will need to be obtained before building work can commence.
Our Building Regulation process is as follows:
-Assessment of what required information needs to be produced
-Liasing with specialists (ie Structural engineers) to acquire this information
-Producing another set of detailed drawings to meet the Local Authorities requirements
